Sherman C. FigartFormerly of Natrona Heights, PA Sherman C. Figart, 84, of St. Cloud, FL formerly of Natrona Heights, PA, died on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at the Osceola Regional Medical Center, Kissimmee, FL.Mr. Figart was born on Tuesday, June 2, 1925, in Altoona, PA to the late Nathaniel and Gertrude W. Clendennon Figart. He retired in 1986 after 42 years of service from the 8-7 department of Allegheny Ludlum, Brackenridge.He is survived by his wife of 13 years: Joyce Sharer Rowles Figart; a step-son: C. C. Dclere; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; and his sister: Betty Shearer.He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife: Grace Pittman Figart; 3 brothers: Louis, Samuel and John Figart. At the families request there was no public visitation. A private committal service and burial were held at Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell, PA with the Reverend David Barnhouse, officiating.
