Sheldon Raine Brinkerof Natrona Heights, PASheldon Raine Brinker, 82, of Natrona Heights, PA, died on Friday, April 5, 2013 at Fair Winds Manor, Sarver, PA.Mr. Brinker was born on October 3, 1930 in Sligo, PA to the late Carl S. and Willa M. Stewart Brinker. He worked as a supervisor for PPG Research in Creighton and Harmarville. He was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church of Natrona Heights. He was a member of Pollock Masonic Lodge of Tarentum. He enjoyed golfing and bowling.He is survived by his children: Rodney (Kelly) Brinker of Irwin, PA and Cathy (Kevin) Svitek of Tarentum, PA; 3 grandchildren: Shannon, Ashley and Kyle; and 2 brothers: Paul Brinker of Oregon and Richard Brinker of Templeton, PA.He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Shirley J. Neubert Brinker (December 9, 2010); and a sister: Patsy Sanchez.Family and friends are invited from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Sunday, April 7 to the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA (724-224-7730), where services will be at 11 AM on Monday with the Reverend Justin Judy, officiating.
