Ruth A. Garmerof Frazer Township, PARuth A. Garmer, 102, of Frazer Township, PA, died on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at her residence.Mrs. Garmer was born on April 27, 1908 in Clinton Township, PA to the late George and Sara Peters Felsing. She was a member of the Bull Creek Presbyterian Church of West Deer Township. She was the Judge of Elections for Frazer Township for 40 years, and she enjoyed being with her family and genealogy.She is survived by her children: Theda (Loyal) Fredley of West Deer Township, Arthur (Shirley) Garmer, Jr. of Springdale and Alvin L. Garmer (Bea) of Frazer Township; 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren and a brother: Glenn (Helen) Felsing of Butler. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: A. H. Ted Garmer who she married on December 15, 1928 and who passed away on March 5, 2001; her grandson: Wayne Fredley; 3 brothers: Russell, Clarence and Howard Felsing. Family and friends are invited from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Sunday to the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA (724-224-7730), where services will be at 11 AM on Monday, with Robert J.
