Mr. Ronald F. Malakof Natrona Heights, PARonald F. Malak, 67, of Natrona Heights, PA, died on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at his home.Ron was born on July 9, 1942 in Natrona, PA to the late Casimir A. and Jean Ziolkowski Malak. He was a 1960 graduate of Har-Brack High School and attended the University of North Carolina to play football for one year. He was a black smith for Braeburn Steel until he became disabled in 1988. He was a member of St. Joseph Church, Natrona. He was a member of the Natrona American Legion and the Natrona Heights VFW. He loved to dance, building and fixing things, swimming, boating, summer sun and he was a Steeler fan. His family and close friends were his life.He is survived by his wife of 44 years: Dee Jack Malak; his daughter: Michele A. (William, Sr.) Malak-Mitchell; 2 grandchildren: William F. Mitchell, Jr and Amanda J. Mitchell; 3 great grandchildren: Braden, Taylor and Haley Mitchell; and 1 sister: Patricia Colella of Las Vegas, NV.He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be a private family viewing on Monday at the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA 15065 (724-224-7730). A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM on Monday at the St. Joseph (EVERYONE IS ASKED TO MEET AT THE CHURCH). Burial will follow at Mount Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights, PA.
