Jane Edwards Daly

Jane Edwards Daly, 76, of Natrona Heights, PA passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot, PA.

Jane was born February 21, 1938 in West Winfield, PA to the late Doris Alton and Twila Bricker Edwards.  She was a graduate of the Har-Brack High School. She was a rural letter carrier for the Tarentum Post Office retiring after 30 years of service.  She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church of Natrona Heights. She enjoyed watching sports, reading and traveling.

Surviving are her children: Shawn (Cindy) Daly of Hurricane, WV and Patrick (Anja) Daly of Natrona, PA. 5 grandchildren: Shane Daly, Nathan Daly, Madison Daly, Tiffany Reed and Paige Reed and 2 great-grandchildren: Rocco and Gianna; her siblings: Dean (Mary Ann) Edwards of Natrona Heights, PA and Nancy Bartell of South Buffalo Township, PA.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: John L. Daly (January 17, 2004); a daughter: Colleen Daly (2012) and 2 sisters: Joyce Rassu and Joanne Edwards.  

Family and friends are invited from 10 AM – 11 AM on Saturday, July 26 at the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA  15065 (724-224-7730), where service will start at 11 AM with the Reverend Kathleen McCoy-Schoeneck, officiating.  Burial will be private at Mount Airy Cemetery.  For on line condolences please visit us at www.petersfamilyfuneralhomes.com
