Pegge Lou Lusk, 81, of New Kensington died on Friday, December 30, 2011 after a lengthy illness.Pegge Lou was born on May 4, 1930 in New Kensington to the late Miles A. and Nina Wilkinson Lusk. She was a graduate of New Kensington High School class of 1948. She was a secretary at Price Waterhouse of Pittsburgh for many years. She is a member of the United Presbyterian Church of New Kensington. She loved to play the piano and sang at many weddings. In her early years she was a girl scout and was a choir director for the Rainbow Girls. She loved feeding the birds, squirrels and chipmunks, and had a large collection of Angels and loved her collection of hundreds of Angels. She was an avid Steelers fan.She is survived by her nephew Jack Thomas and his wife Debby from Mentor, OH and their 2 children: Andy and Ashley.She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother: Robert Lusk and a sister: Bette Thomas Family and friends are invited from 5-7 PM on Thursday to the CHURCHFIELD-PETERS FUNERAL HOME, 501 Fifth Avenue, New Kensington, PA 15068 (724-335-1951), where services will begin at 7:00 PM with the Reverend Colin Yuckman, officiating.
