Nancy Jean Klingensmithof Allegheny Township, PANancy Jean Klingensmith, 78, of Allegheny Township, PA, died on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights.Nancy was born on December 25, 1933 in Natrona Heights, PA to the late Frank W. and Virginia Patton Allen. She was a graduate of Ken High School class of 1951 and she attended Citizens School of Nursing. She was a Dental Assistant for Dr. Donald Morrell for over 20 years. She enjoyed cooking Sunday dinners for her family and her dog Daisy.She is survived by her children: Terri (Jeff) Katora of Allegheny Township and Jann (Paul) Pollick of Allegheny Township; 5 grandchildren: Spike, Ryan, Lindsey, Ben and Abby; 2 great grandchildren: Ataleigh and Lillian; and a brother: Donald (Ethel) Allen of Lower Burrell.She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter: Kim Kuruc and an infant sister.Family and friends are invited from 7-9 PM on Sunday to the CHURCHFIELD-PETERS FUNERAL HOME, 501 Fifth Avenue, New Kensington, PA 15068 (724-335-1951), where a service will held at 11 AM Monday.
