Marjorie A. (McGinnis) Mills

Marjorie “Marge” A. (McGinnis) Mills, 92, died peacefully on Friday, July 26, 2024 in the presence of her daughter at Concordia of Cabot.  Marge was born on October 28, 1931 in Natrona Heights, PA to the late Frank and Ruth (Donnell) McGinnis and she lived in this area all her life.  Marge graduated from Har-Brack High School class of 1949 and went on to be a homemaker after meeting the love of her life.  She was a member of the North Street Christian Church, Butler and spent countless hours volunteering at Allegheny Valley Hospital and Freeport Meals on Wheels. Marge enjoyed going to the casino, reading, making candy, traveling with her husband and spending time at their camp in Piney Meadows, and being with her family.  

Marge leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter: Peggy (Dale) Ringer of Natrona Heights; 2 grandchildren: Kristen Bellay of Coraopolis and Mathew (Darci) Bellay of Oakdale; 3 great-grandchildren: Adalynn, Myla and Chloe Bellay; 1 sister: Myrna Venus of Follansbee, WV; 2 brother-in-laws: Glenn (Rose) Mills and Jerry (Sharon) Mills; a sister-in-law: Betsy Mills, and her nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years: William Mills (11/30/2019); her son: Gregg Mills; a daughter: Jeannie Bellay and 2 brothers: Richard and Robert McGinnis.

Family and friends are invited from 1-3 PM on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 to the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA  15065 (724-224-7730) where services will follow at 3 PM with Pastor Jake Klutinoty, officiating.
