Margaret L. Kay, 90, of Natrona Heights, PA, died on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Platinum Ridge Nursing Home, Brackenridge, PA.
Margaret was born on April 28, 1924 in Bellaire, OH, to the late Joseph and Katherine Adlisec Gorshe. She enjoyed playing slot machines in Las Vegas, cooking (stuffed cabbage) and feeding everyone, listening to polka music, bingo, reading, watching TV, spending time with her family, and visiting relatives in Bellaire, Ohio. She especially enjoyed the two years that she and William spent in Nevada.
She is survived by daughters, Patricia (Clifford) Simon of Upper Burrell, Christine (Thomas) Cajka of Natrona Heights, son, William (Julie) Kay of Santa Rosa, California, Grandchildren, Christine (Michael) Zanotti, Clifford (Stephanie) and Anthony (Rachelle) Simon, Tricia (Jon) Wienecke, Natalie (Scott) Cale, Megan (Michael) Zendarski, Timothy (Andrea) Kay, Kimberly (Joseph) McCollum, Great Grandchildren, Danielle McCartney, Michael, Katelyn and Julia Zanotti, Samantha, Rebecca, Christopher, Caeden and Jack Simon, Aiden and Liliana Cale, Mallory and Michael Zendarski, Jordan, Mason and Sophia Kay; and Madison and Logan McCollum; Great-Great Grandchildren: Trinity and Camden McIntyre, Calli, Colt and Natalia McCartney
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Tony Zuvella, second husband, William C. Kay, her sisters: Mary Funari, Katie Moffitt, Ann Kasko, Helen Greenwood, Francis Mayhugh and her brothers: Joseph, Louis and Michael.
There will be no public visitation. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Monday, December 8 at 11:00 AM to the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME INC., 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA 15065 (724-224-7730) with the Rev.
