Mabel I. (Schweiger) Hare

Mabel I. (Schweiger) Hare, 83, of Lower Burrell, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 5, 2024 in her home with her family by her side.  Mabel was born on Tuesday, May 6, 1941 in Arnold, PA to the late Jake and Elisabeth Schweiger.   

Mabel was a long time member of Jehovah’s Witness location and loved flowers, butterflies, coloring, camping, and spending time with her family.

Mabel is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Theodore Hare, Jr.; her children: Nancy (William) Jordan, of Lower Burrell, David (Donna) Hare of Upper Burrell, James Hare, Charles Hare, and Theodore Hare, III all of Lower Burrell; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service at Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witness, 890 Stevenson Blvd., New Kensington, PA 15068 on Monday, December 9, 2024 at 1:30pm.  Following the service, family and friends may join together at Kinloch Fireman’s Club, 915 New York Ave., New Kensington, PA 15068.
