Jason W. (Jay) Geary, 47, of Allegheny Township, died on Friday, November 5, 2021.  Jay was born on Thursday, November 15, 1973 to Dennis Geary and Carla Helgert Geary Lunden.  Due to his undiagnosed ADHD Jay worked numerous jobs, the longest of which was at Blockbuster Video in Lower Burrell.  He was a person that you wouldn’t want to ask him something if you didn’t want to know the truth.   Jason’s life on earth was a battleground for acceptance, for love, for maintaining a job and for staying alive.  He had a heart transplant fourteen years ago and had been on dialysis every day for the last five years.  Jason loved music and sang constantly.  He was an avid Steelers and Penguins fan. In addition to his parents: Dennis (Patti) Geary and Carla Lunden, Jay is survived by his son: Levi G. Walker; 2 sisters: Jenna Geary and Becca (Colton) Garvin and his dog mini-pin: Wee Wee. He was preceded in death by his brother: Clay Lunden; his daughter: Lexis Walker; his maternal grandparents, Carl and Doris Helgert, and by his paternal grandparents: John and Doris Geary. 

Family and friends are invited from 4 to 7 PM Tuesday, November 9, 2021, to the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME INC., 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA 15065, 724-224-7730, where a funeral ceremony will be held immediately following at 7 PM in the funeral home.
