James A. Lavery, 92, of Arnold, PA, died Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot, PA. James was born on Friday, November 16, 1928 in New Kensington, PA to the late James and Agnes Trew Lavery. He was a graduate of Ken High class of 1946. He retired from working at the Ficher Body Plant of General Motors in McKeesport. He enjoyed going to Florida and square dancing. He is survived by his 2 daughters: Carol Lavery of Arnold, PA and Jane Rusnak of Irwin, PA; a grandson: Michael James Lookhart and his companion: Barbara Bruce. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter: Donna Lee Lookhart.

James requested that everything be private. Services are under the care of the CHURCHFIELD-PETERS FUNERAL HOME, 501 Fifth Avenue, New Kensington, PA 15068.
