Jack L. Swartz, 84, of Natrona Heights, PA, died at Concordia Health and Human Care, Cabot, PA surrounded by his family on Tuesday, March 16, 2021.  Jack was born in Clinton, PA on Friday, July 31, 1936 to the late Joseph and Bernice (Coffman) Swartz.  Jack was a Supervisor of Maintenance at St. Francis Hospital.  He was a member of the Moose Club, Jednota and the VFW all located in Tarentum, PA. 

Jack is survived by his children: Mary Ann Yurchick, Jack (Susan) Swartz, Charles (Lynn) Swartz, Richard (Angela) Swartz, Timothy (Lori) Swartz and Thomas (Bruce) Swartz; his loving companion of 35 years: Carol Harvey; 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; his beloved dog: Izzy and his brother: Richard (Bert) Swartz and his sisters: JoAnn Flick and Beverly Swartz Gumpbert and numerous nieces and nephews.  Jack was preceded in death by his wife: Geraldine (Lewandowski) Swartz and 2 sons: Gerald and James Swartz; his brother: James Swartz and his sister: Shirley Swartz Gross.
