Dorothy L. Baechtel Cloutmanof Natrona Heights, PADorothy L. Baechtel Cloutman, 90, of Natrona Heights, PA, died on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Jefferson Twp..Mrs. Cloutman was born on January 29, 1921 in Saxonburg, PA to the late Milton and Clara Knoch Miller. She had worked as a press operator at Saxonburg Ceramics. She was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church of Natrona Heights. She was a member of the Buffalo Township Senior Citizens Center and enjoyed taking bus tours to casinos.She is survived by her daughter: Gail (John) McCluer of Ft. Myers, Fl, her son: Dean Baechtel of Conneaut Lake, PA and her step daughter: Marlene Hughes and a grandson with whom she raised and shared her home with: Joseph Baechtel; a granddaughter: Deanna Baechtel of Conneaut Lake, PA; 2 great grandchildren; a brother: William Miller of Saxonburg and a sister: Mae Wise of Evan City, Pa and also step grandchildren and great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Bert Cloutman; and her sister: Pearl Hall. Family and friends are invited from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Monday and from 10 AM to 10:45 AM on Tuesday to the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA (724-224-7730).
