Daniel Ellis Stewartof Natrona Heights, PADaniel E. Stewart, 60, of Natrona Heights, PA, died on Sunday, September 4, 2011 at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot.Mr. Stewart was born on October 17, 1950 in Natrona Heights, PA to the late Steele S. and Jane Ann Shaeffer Stewart. He was a 1968 graduate of Har-Brack High School and a 1972 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He was a Vender Specialist at the Allegheny Ludlum Technical Center, Natrona Heights for 28 years. He enjoyed golfing, reading and traveling. He especially enjoyed his family and his dog Wally.He is survived by his wife of 12 years: Georgia Kappernaros Stewart; his daughter: Christina (Ron) Miller of Natrona Heights; his sisters: Brenda Sue (Anthony) Sandrick of New Kensington and Kelly Ann (Craig) Nelson of Natrona Heights and his nieces and nephews: Chelsea and Nicholas Nelson and Stephanie and Spencer Sandrick.He was preceded in death by his parents and his uncle: Jim Shaeffer.Family and friends are invited from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Tuesday to the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA (724-224-7730), where a service will be at 11 AM on Wednesday with the Reverend Jeff A.
