Clara E. “Honey” (Ringer) Smith, 86, of Natrona Heights, PA, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022 at Canterberry Place, Pittsburgh, PA.  Honey was born on Monday, March 16, 1936 in Sun Mine, PA to the late Andy and Alice Jones Ringer. Honey was a 1953 graduate of Tarentum High School.  She worked as an Office Clerk at Bouchat Oldsmobile and Cadillac Car Dealer, Natrona Heights. She also worked for the McKechnie Agency and at Walmart.  Honey is survived by her daughters: Elaine and Barbara; her 4 grandchildren: Andrew Gohn, Mackenzie Valasek, Brian Shumaker and Tyler Valasek; 4 great grandchildren; and a brother-in law: Larry Reckhart.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Edward D. Smith; granddaughter: Elizabeth Gohn and 2 sisters: Dorothy Schaeffer and Evelyn Reckhart.

Family and friends are invited from  5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, August 12, 2022 to the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME INC., 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA 15065 (724-224-7730),  where services will be held immediately following at 7:00 PM.  Private burial will be held at Mt.
