Charles William "Bill" Feder, IIIof Natrona, PA Charles William "Bill" Feder, III, 56, of Natrona, PA, died on Sunday, October 3, 2010 at the Highland Center, Brackenridge, PA.Bill was born on March 10, 1954 in Natrona Heights, PA to the late Charles William Feder, Jr. and June A. Dudeck Feder of Orlando, FL. He was a 1972 Highlands High School graduate and was a commercial painter. He was a social member of the Kosciuszko-Polish Patriotic Social Society of Natrona. He enjoyed going to casinos, watching the Steelers, boating on the river and spending time with his family.He is survived by his mother; a brother: Paul John (Michele) Feder of Orlando, FL and 2 sisters: Judy (David) Ostrowski of Natrona Heights and Marcia (John) Mathieu of Port Richey, Fl, along with nieces and nephews and his friend: Tammy Adamik of Natrona.At the families request there will be no public visitation.
