Bonnie K. Teeters

Bonnie K. Teeters, 79, of Brackenridge, formerly of Natrona Heights, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2023, at Platinum Ridge Nursing Facility, Brackenridge. She was born Saturday, May 6, 1944, in Brackenridge, to the late Charles Robert and Anna (Urbany) Teeters, and resided all of her life in Brackenridge and Natrona Heights. She graduated as a licensed practical nurse from the St. Francis School of Nursing and worked as a LPN for Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights, for more than 40 years, prior to her retirement in 2006. Bonnie was a member of the Central Presbyterian Church, Tarentum. In addition, she enjoyed horses, dogs, embroidery, reading and puzzles.

She is survived by her brother, Thomas R. Teeters, of Freemont, Calif., and her nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents mentioned above, she was preceded in death by her sister, Marjorie Fish, and a brother, Charles Robert Teeters, Jr.

Her family held a private visitation and funeral service at the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME INC., 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, 724-224-7730. Her pastor, the Rev. Robert Dayton officiated. Committal services and burial were held at the Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
