Beverly M. (Woolslayer) Brenner

Beverly M. (Woolslayer) Brenner, 86, of Plum Borough, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh with her family by her side.  Beverly was born on Thursday, May 26, 1938 in Plum Borough to the late Paul and Elsie Rosenberger Woolslayer. 

A devoted Christian, Beverly dedicated her life to family and faith, raising her children at home and volunteering her time at the Logan’s Ferry Presbyterian Church where she served as an elder, deacon, and in her earlier years, a Sunday school teacher.  Beverly loved Sunday drives with her husband, gardening, polka music, and traveling with her kids to Germany, Montana, Wildwood, Orlando, and NYC to see the Rockettes. 

Beverly’s kind heart and warm smile will be greatly missed by her husband of 69 ½ years, Leaonard W. Brenner; her 5 children: Deborah Bell of Plum, Paula (Joseph) Price of New Kensington, Edward (Thor) Brenner of West Glacier, MT, Jack (Rebecca) Brenner of Marion Center, PA, and Chrissy (Gary) Kantorski of Upper Burrell; her 9 grandchildren: Jayson, Lynda, Tami, Jacqui, Ashley, Debbie, Brooke, Jack, and Hunter; 17 great-grandchildren; brother: Dr. Paul R. (Helen) Woolslayer of Meyersdale, PA; and her many grand-animals who loved her special touch. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, George Bell.
