Betty Gayle (Bash) Emanuelson, 88, of Brackenridge, passed away peacefully at Platinum Ridge Nursing Home, Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023, with family and friends by her side. Betty was born July 4, 1935, in Tarentum, to the late Charles and Sara Klingensmith Bash. Betty was a long-term resident of Platinum Ridge and she enjoyed attending their various activities and she had also served on the Resident Council. Betty is survived by her daughter, Dotti (David) Sloan, of Natrona Heights, and a grandson, Kyle Sloan (fiancé Courtney Pigott). She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, H. Arthur Emanuelson (Jan. 31, 2009) and her brothers and a sister. The family would like to thank the staff and residents of Platinum Ridge for their care and kindness that they offered to Betty for many years. As per Betty's wishes, there will be no public viewing.
