Thomas E. “Red” Jodon, Sr., 46, of New Kensington, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at his home. He was a loving son and brother as well as a devoted father, grandfather, and fiancé.
Tom was born Thursday, March 9, 1972 in Indiana, PA to the late Clifford R. Jodon and Patricia L. Adams.
Tom was a self-employed roofer. He enjoyed going to car shows, rock concerts, and baking. Tom loved spending time restoring his 78 Nova but cherished spending time with his family.
Tom is survived by his mother, Patricia L. Adams; fiancé, Lillian Abernathy; 4 children, Ariel Nicole Jodon, Thomas E. Jodon, Jr., John C. Mystkowski, and Jaqueline (Jody) Evans; 5 grandsons and 7 granddaughters; a grandfather, Merritt Adams; and 5 siblings, Dale (Susan) Jodon, Jaqueline (Jay) Mock, Clifford (Nicci) Jodon, Jr., Pebbles (James) McAuther, and Michael Jodon.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his other father, Robert M. Morder; and grandparents, Verna J. Adams, George and Peral (Jones) Jodon, and Leroy and Margie Morder.
Family and friends will be received from 2-4 PM on Sunday, May 6, at CHURCHFIELD-PETERS FUNERAL HOME, 501 Fifth Avenue, New Kensington, PA 15068 (724-335-1951) where funeral services will immediately follow at 4PM.
