Connie Coleen Brocious, 77, of Natrona Heights, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017, at Trumbull County Memorial Hospital.

Born June 5, 1940, in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of Clifford and Inez Brocious and lived in the area all her life. Connie was an enthusiastic worker starting right out of high school at the local Murphy's, going on to Allegheny Ludlum Steel as a secretary and moving up in the company, overseeing many engineers. She earned different degrees to further her career and took art classes for her own personal enjoyment. She enjoyed painting, decorating, gardening, movies, exercising, her dogs (Spike and Blacky) and her cat (Lucy).

She is survived by a brother, Terry Brocious and his wife Kathy, and a nephew, Paul Brocious, all of Greenville, Pa.; and nephew Scotty Brocious and two nieces, Tammy Jo and Holly Brocious, all formerly of Sarver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Denver (Denny) Brocious.

At the request of the family, there will be no public visitation. A private service will be held by the immediate family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Robert Peters Funeral Home, Natrona Heights.
