Andrew C. Chizer, 74, of New Kensington, PA, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at his home.

Andrew was born Thursday, July 16, 1942 in New Kensington to the late Andrew J. and Clara C. (Veres) Chizer.  He was a veteran serving in the United States Air Force where he worked for 22 years as a Staff Sergeant.  He was also a life member of the Logans Ferry Heights Fire Department. 

Andrew is survived by his children: Erin C. Chizer of North Syracuse, NY and Rick Chizer of Memphis, TN; 3 grandchildren: Joseph (Amber) Chizer, Lindsey McGraw, and Kyle McGraw; 2 siblings: Melva Phillips and Rose Marie Timko, both of Springdale, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
